Born in Karşıyaka, İzmir in 1972, he is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association No. 1 with the license number 64809. After graduating from the Police Academy Faculty of Security Sciences with the rank of Assistant Superintendent in 1994, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and subsequently completed his master’s degree in the Department of Private Law at Selçuk University Institute of Social Sciences.
He also completed his master’s degree in program evaluation at Michigan State University in the USA. He is currently continuing his doctoral thesis studies in the field of private law.
Before starting his private practice, he worked as a manager in public institutions and international organizations. Within this scope, between 1994 and 2010, he served in managerial positions within the General Directorate of Security, specifically in units combating narcotics and organized crime, before resigning from the General Directorate of Security in 2014. Additionally, he worked as a project and regional program manager for the United Nations Mission in Liberia, the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in West and Central Asian countries; in 2021, he voluntarily left UNODC to begin his private practice alongside his doctoral studies.
